Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 15, 2026
Vianora LLC ("Vianora," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have regarding that information when you visit our website or interact with our services, including our AI assistant, NORA.
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through our website and through your interactions with Vianora, including the contact form and the NORA AI assistant. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, business type, and any message content you share when you submit our contact form or interact with our AI assistant, NORA.
- Information collected automatically: standard web analytics data such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and referring source, if and when analytics tools are active on the site.
- Voice interaction data: when you interact with NORA, our AI voice assistant, your voice is processed by our third-party voice AI provider (Vapi, and its sub-processors, including speech recognition and text-to-speech services) to generate responses. This processing is used solely to transcribe and respond to your spoken input; we do not use voice data to create a biometric identifier or voiceprint for identification purposes. We do not permanently store raw voice recordings beyond what is necessary to provide the service, though our third-party providers may retain data in accordance with their own retention policies.
3. SMS Communications
If you provide your phone number and opt in to receive SMS text messages from Vianora LLC, we may send you messages related to your inquiry, appointment reminders, promotional offers, and account alerts. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt in to SMS communications by checking the consent checkbox on our contact form. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us, or by contacting us at info@vianora.ai.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form.
- Schedule and manage consultation calls.
- Provide, operate, and improve our AI assistant, NORA.
- Send you information about our services if you have requested it.
- Maintain records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
5. Third-Party Services We Use
We rely on the following third-party providers to operate our business:
- Resend, an email delivery service, for sending email communications.
- GoHighLevel (GHL), our customer relationship management (CRM) platform, where contact form submissions and lead information are stored.
- Vapi and its AI sub-processors (including OpenAI and ElevenLabs), for powering our NORA voice assistant.
- Calendly or GoHighLevel calendar tools, for scheduling consultation calls.
Each of these providers maintains its own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review them. We rely on these providers to operate our website and services, but we do not control their systems, and we are not responsible for outages, interruptions, security incidents, or changes to their platforms that are outside our reasonable control. Should a sub-processor experience a data security incident affecting your information, we will notify affected individuals without unreasonable delay and in accordance with the timeframes required by applicable law.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers listed above as necessary to operate our business, and as required by law.
7. Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable law. As a general guideline: contact form submissions and CRM records are retained for the duration of our prospective or active business relationship with you and for a reasonable period thereafter for recordkeeping purposes; voice interaction data processed by Vapi and its sub-processors is retained only as long as necessary to deliver the NORA service and is otherwise governed by those providers' own retention schedules, which we encourage you to review. Where we no longer have an operational or legal need to retain your information, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@vianora.ai. We will acknowledge and respond to verifiable requests within the timeframe required by applicable law (for example, within 45 days for California residents, with one 45-day extension where permitted).

If you access our website from outside the United States, you do so on the understanding that your information will be processed in the United States as described in Section 12, and you are responsible for ensuring your use of the website complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
9. Cookies and Tracking
This website may use cookies and similar technologies to improve user experience and, where implemented, to measure site performance through analytics tools. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
10. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. A portion of your information is processed and stored by the third-party sub-processors identified in Section 5, and the security of that information is also subject to those providers' own security practices and safeguards.
